• Choose one of the following options:
– Full refund of that day’s value (€14.99 for Day Ticket | €3.57 for Weekly | €2.63 for Monthly)
– In case of a Day Ticket purchase: Free Day Ticket (next calendar day)
– In case of a subscription: Extra day added to your current subscription.
Claims submitted after the 24-hour window or via any other channel will not be honoured. - No Liability
